It’s a New Year, and a great time to make little changes for the better. While you are deciding on loosing weight or joining the gym, some simple changes in the way you get to work could make a huge difference to you and those around you.
The City of London is an incredibly busy place and here are a 3 new year resolutions that can help keep you safe.
1 - Put the phone away
Texting or talking on your phone while driving, cycling or walking distracts you and can lead to unnecessary accidents.

2 - Slow down
There just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day and we are all busy but when we’re in a rush we often forget things.
Slow down, travel with less haste and look out for others around you.
3 - Look out for those more vulnerable than you
Not everyone can get across the road as quickly as you can. Be considerate, the person in front of you may be unwell or partially sighted.
Be kind always and ready to react to unexpected situations that could easily be avoided.
