Cycling has become one of the most popular modes of travel in the City. That’s why Thames Tideway, The City of London Police, City of London Corporation and the Metropolitan Police have teamed up to run a “Clocks Go Back” campaign, to make sure you stay safe and legal as the nights get darker.
They will be hosting VR exchanging places experience, Dr Bike, free cycle skills and giving out free disposable bike lights to keep you safe this winter.
Find out more about the event here.
To kick off the campaign the ACN will give the first 500 new members who register on the Active City Network website in October a free set of bike lights.
All you need to do is confirm your work postal address and we will get these delivered to you! Don’t get caught out in the dark this winter, let’s work together to make sure everyone has a light on their bike.
Stay safe, stay seen and join us for #DarkNightsGetLights this winter.
