The Square Mile is looking a little different...
As we start to return to work local authorities across London are working hard to ensure workplaces and streets are safe.
The changes are primarily based on providing the space needed to comfortably and safely maintain social distancing on streets and the City of London is no exception.
Temporary changes are happening across the City:
Aldgate - Aldgate High Street - Bartholomew Lane - Bevis Marks - Camomile Street - Cannon Street - Chancery Lane – Cheapside - Coleman Street (including Kings Arm Yard) - Cooper’s Row / Trinity Square – Cornhill - Crutched Friars - Cutler Street - Devonshire Row - Devonshire Square - Dukes Place - Eastcheap / Great Tower Street - Fleet Street - Gresham Street – Houndsditch - Jewry Street - King Street- -King William Street - Lime Street / Cullum Street - Liverpool Street - Leadenhall Street - Lombard Street (including Nicholas Lane) - London Wall – Lothbury - Ludgate Hill - Middlesex Street – Moorfields – Moorgate - Old Broad Street - Old Jewry – Outwich Street - Poultry - Princes Street - Queen Street - Queen Victoria Street - St Mary Axe - St Paul’s Churchyard - Threadneedle Street - White Kennett Street
Some street changes are currently on hold due to construction/road works at the following locations:
Blomfield Street - Broad Street Place - Carthusian Street - Charterhouse Street - Eldon Street - Fenchurch Street – Holborn - Holborn Viaduct - Newgate Street - South Place
